2005 CRV Reliability etc?
Hello,
I am thinking of leasing a 2005 CRV LX 4WD around May of this year, and I
was wondering if anyone has any ideas on some of the drivability, owner
satisfaction, handling, versatility, complaints or any repairs beyond normal
maintenance on this model or possibly 2003-2005 CRV's.
Thanks,
Tom

Re: 2005 CRV Reliability etc?
Hello,
I have a 2002 CRV-EX with 35,750 miles. Other than a few recalls and
a minor issue with the center tray which was replaced I have not had any
major problems. I have been happy with my purchase and if I had to do
it all over again I would buy my vehicle again.
I live in East Central Illinois and I have been happy with the way it
handles in the snow.
good luck

We have an 04 CR-V EX 4WD and so far no problems what so ever.. My only
complaint is the gas mileage isn't as good as it should be. Hopefully,
as the car breaks in a litter better the fuel mileage will improve.
Since your leasing the vehicle I wouldn't worry to much about repairs.
The CRV is very reliable and should be covered under Warranty the length
of the lease...

So far have 30K on 2002 CR-V EX. So far so good. A couple of recalls,
but no problems or failures of any sort.
The factory Bridgestone Duellers were crap...Switched to Goodyear
'ComfortTread' and reduced road noise by 90% and increased grip a lot.
Fit and finish are absolutely perfect on this vehicle and there are no
rattles at all.
My only complaint is that there is a bit of wind noise as compared with my
accord.
