HELP- Changing Headlight

HELP- Changing Headlight
I have a broken headlight and will be switching it out with a new one this
weekend. I have been looking at the light assembly and it seems I have to
remove my quarter panel to gain access to one of the bolt down points.
Is is necessary to remove my panel? That seems like a real PITA. Does
anyone have a line drawing for the correct installation procedure or
suggestions?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
