Security radio antitheft mechanism now needs radio code please enter
code if you don't know it you'll have to get it pull radio get s/n go to
dealer ask pulling radio no big deal threescrews and a yank then 4 8mm
bolts radio slides right out no need to disconnect just read serial no
off top then give to dealer he might charge you if hes an ass go to
another dealer keep radio code handy you might go on a trip and lose
battery then what your screwed without it

In Europe when you get the car new there is a credit card sized card
with the radio code printed on.
You can try the radio manufactures tech services for the code from the
serial number but they probably will not tell you.
On US spec radios there was a button combination to find the serial
number, forgottem what it was, dealer will know though, saves removing
the radio.
Also some dealers make a note when they deliver the car, so the
supplying dealer 'may' know - just a thought.
