how do you extract original stereo system to allow new radio to be fitted?

how do you extract original stereo system to allow new radio to be fitted?

Does anyone know how to remove the original car stereo from a honda accord
2001?

I want to change the standard cd-player for an aftermarket radio and can't
see how the original radio caomes out of the dashboard. Is there a website
with such details step by step ? There is no haynes manual for my car at
the moment.

any help would be great.

It's quite simple. Do a search in Google groups for this, in this
newsgroup, under my name.

Hi Scott.
Is the Accord Uk spec or USA spec.
As I swap a UK spec acord radio.
Three screw over the dash pods need to be undone then the hole cover
pulls off. from around the radio and dash.
Have a look see.
