i have a 89 accord that when it sits in the sun apparently gets so hot it
just will not start untill it cools off .i mean like in the parking lot
not started all day just wont start. is this a common problem? i was
thinking its vapor locking but i dont know roll the windows down wait
about an hour and it starts right up! is the computer over heating? vaper
lock? someone suggested a bad coil but i dont see it car runs fine

If it is fuel injected, the usual suspect is the main relay.

 

yeah the car is fuel injected. the main relay is a dealer item or normal
auto parts store?
