Yamaha engineers and product development guys have told me that it is awesome to snowmobile in Japan and Yamaha has done engine development for Toyota. Honda does OK on their own :~)
Too bad the last Toyota's that rocked IMHO were the Supra and MR2

 

makes me think of my 85 with a 3tc swap i had. Dammit why did i sell it.

 

This thread makes me wonder why Americans ruin a great car like the supra by turning it into a drag car. I have seen way too many 800 to 1000 horsepower supras that are built to drive really well in a straight line. The car has so much to offer as a balanced and well tuned road car. Unfortunate. Makes me want to move to Japan that much more.

those first 2 cars rarely go down the track the whole way and break 75% of the time

 

I love old school yotas! One day there will be a 70's Celica with a 4age black top in my driveway...
