Throttle body

The problem I am experiencing is that the throttle body on my 1994 accord
EX is full of carbon deposits. I cleaned the throttle body last month . I
only drive about a thousand miles a month. What could be the cause of this
problem. Thank you in advance...

Is it dry, dusty carbon, or goopy, oily carbon? If the latter, your cause
is lack of timely oil changes, and thus sludge and a plugged PCV valve.

Then don't worry about it. Dry, dusty carbon is normal.

However, if you feel there is enough in there to affect throttle response
and idle speed, look for air leaks into the intake tube, and change your
air filter with a new OEM one.
