Got enough rice?
I've modded my Fit mostly for things to make it look better and for things with a purpose:
Turn signal mirror covers(Safety)
Hood deflector(Bugs!)
Window Visors(Air during rain!)
RS emblem(looks)
Front and rear Type R red "H" embelms(looks)
Other than that i wouldn't do too much more.
I want rims but I can hold off on that.
The things that piss me off about cars on the street:
HID's in general
Altezza "Euro" rear lights
Unpainted Body Kits - put the kit on when you have the money to mount and paint it
Autozone/Pepboys rear spoilers. THEY DONT MAKE YOU GO FAST
Stickers when you don't have those parts on
BMW fender vents on any car other than a BMW
Spinning hubcaps

The wing was the "in" wing to add back in the day when that Mx3 was new. I think wings west had a crapload of those wings for just about any car you could think of.
The body kit is horrible, but I've never been a fan of the "combat kit" look.
There's an Integra that I see around Livermore on a semi regular basis that has one of those universal aluminum wings. That in itself is fairly ricey, but the really great part is that he has the airfoil mounted backwards. /rolleyes
