Thrilled to see my beloved Taurus SHO made the list at number 12. I owned an '89 and '93 and put well over 200,000 miles on each with nothing but motoring bliss. Both were driven hard, drag raced, and sang to 7,000 rpm on a daily basis.

Thats awesome the Cyclone and Typhoon made it. Cool ass trucks. And personally, I dont think anything newer than 2005 (and thats pushing it) should be on this list. I mean, these cars arent even in the same class, what with todays technology. 300hp out of a v6 today is not as impressive as 300 hp out of a v6 20 years ago.
Oh and the DeLorean. wtf.

My sentiments exactly! Only time will tell if the new ones are setting standards for the future. Maybe they are...maybe not.
And the DeLorean??? All I remember from those were the headaches and nightmares the owners had with the Renault sourced v6. And 130hp in 1981? That was a joke then. A friend had a 1980 Chevy Citation with a v6 way back in the day. We raced and beat...yes BEAT a DeLorean with it. That puts the GM 2.8 from the early '80's a notch above the DeLorean in my book.

Where is the RB26 Skyline? Where is the 2JZ supra? That list is whack. I'm sorry but a 220 hp powered Taurus does not belong. New camaro doesn't belong either (it's not on the same level as the new V6 mustang). I'll accept the new V6 Mustang, because as a whole, the car is apparently quite capable on and off the track (per R&T hot lap testing)...and beats the previous generation V8 GT mustang in almost every category.
And uhhhhh.....where is the previous generation M3? <-- probably the greatest V6 car ever.
Lame list is lame.

Oh, and personally I would move any VR6 cars higher up. Corrado and mk3 GTI are automatically bad ass just because of that motor. One of the best sounding small displacement engines ever. Plus the ingenuity factor. V6 under single head = best of both worlds
Oh, and the VQ series sound great too.

Anyways about the rating, the only thing I can possibly think is because it seats just 1 and not something you would ever be able to drive around in. Regardless of that, it SHOULD be higher indeed.
