I'm still about. My new R.
Hey guys.
Haven't been about here much lately, but thought I'd update you all on what's been going on.
In December last year, I'd gotten the EG6 to a stage where it was featured online and in Total Honda magazine here in the UK.
In Feb this year, I decided I wanted a new project and bought a CL9 Accord Type-S with the intention of going down the same route as the EG6. However about 3 months into ownership I found an EP3 Type-R for sale and I offered a straight trade for my CL9, which I got. So here I am.
So far, I have replaced my rotors and pads all round with Brembo OEM replacement items as well as refurbished my calipers.
She had a full service by myself just after I picked her up, all new fluids, filters etc.
I picked up one Premier Edition Recaro, and should have another on the way soon.
Genuine Mugen Grille up front, which will soon be matched by a Genuine Mugen Lip. It's on it's way but will be Xmas time before it goes on.
OEM wheels have been refurbished in Matt Black, and have new tires (Dunlop SportMaxx RT 215/45/17).
Spoon Resevoir Covers under the bonnet, and a Hondata Airbox mod so far.
Coilovers should be on the horizon pretty soon, then I can move onto getting new wheels on, just purchased Work CR-Kai's in Bronze, 17x8 +32.
