I can relate to what you mean... Up on the High Plains in the Texas Pan Handle, it is hard not to fall asleep at 120MPH on a motorcycle..

The speed limit out there is 80MPH but as vast and desolated as it is you feel like you are standing still... If you are walking or riding a bicycle down the road someone will pull over to ask if you are alright or crazy and then want to chit chat for awhile...

Seeing Phil's FR-S makes me wish he'd just finished his S13. Thing could've ruled the Midwest.

The first time I actually saw the car was on four different occasions (actually 4 different cars) at the Dragon back on the last weekend in July. Never saw one actually running the Dragon that weekend. But with around 450 Miatas up there that weekend it was like a swarm of bees.

no wonder, look at that rear tire! I think if he had the regular rear tires, it would be a lot harder to break it loose. It does look like its in a natural environment going sideways. haha

You guys would get a kick out of this... FitFreak Rules! Scion/Toyota/Subaru owners will hate me forever! ;)

^No idea what anything you've said thus far in this thread means.

Not sure why they're so angry about the vid. Its an FR Toyota, its meant to be sideways.

Sounds great, looks like OS is easily corrected with a little throttle and wheel correction.

Want one but so impractical for me unfortunately.

It handles well but every one we sold came back for warranty jobs... Seems like a POS or canadian winters are too harsh for the car...

MArko!

P.S. I work at a Toyota\Scion Dealer.. ;)

Mainly failed ECM and lights that becomes pools after a couple of months but we also rebuilted an engine..! Check out those car parts prices too..!! Around here, a Fender, headlamp and control arm will cost you 1500$... :\

I wonder if parts prices will drop later on after the car has been on the road for a while. I did notice when I went to the dealer, their demo had fogged tail lights.

The one thing I'm really wondering is how many people are following the proper break in procedures. With this type of car, I can see a lot of people revving high and trying to spin the tires half an hour after taking it off the lot.
