IF Nissan brings this here, I doubt Honda will sit and not attack back bringing the Fit RS w/ 140+ HP. The sport name will come back but I don't see the bar being raised to SI status but who knows. The base RSX K20 160hp motor would be PERFECT for a FIT SI.

 

very much doubt that nissan will ever bring this to the US market, they are more focused on their bread and butter cars like the rogue and altima at this point :(

Agreed. Majority in the Fit price bracket buys these cars cause the price is right. That nismo is not going to be an acceptable price for this demographic in the US.

 

What would be nice is if honda responds by using their turbo 1.0L in the RS fit.
