^^ honestly, it should be pretty much the same.

i helped my friend install it earlier this week on his acura 1.6 EL and everything was actually pretty straightforward
we didn't even look at the diy, just looked briefly at the little paper it included.
it was like putting together a kinder surprise toy. except the taking apart the headlights part

How did you end up wiring the halos? It's my first time doing this, and getting the projector in the headlights seems easy enough, it's the wiring that's getting me nervous. Also, since the projector looks a bit lonely in there, any one thinking of adding a projector shroud?

I just don't know how to hold it in place!

my friend had his wired up to the second notch when you turn your key into ignition

and yes i thought about shroud as well...
you can either go for that ^^ which looks awesome!! but i was looking at the dog bowl shroud. which works perfect and clean either way.

scroll down
only way to make it look good is if you black out the reflectors as well...which i kinda don't wanna do ... would it look weird with some of the reflectors showing after i put in my shroud????

ucsmfu, did u need to do any cutting or drilling to the original headlight housing? What I mean is do u need to make the hole in the rear of the housing bigger for the projectors to fit?

Yeah see I don't want to do any painting, so that's why I want a chrome shroud to make it look a bit more OEM. Now how did you wire it up to the ignition system? I'm a complete n00b!

OK, sorry to get back after this time. I was super busy over the week and had to deal with some family stuff.

I will be dealing with the Canada shipping tomorrow and US on friday~ As for the shroud, I have to forewarn you guys taht if by any chance it mess up the projectors, I cant promise it will be covered. Its YOUR resposnsibility to make sure you don't tamper with the parts. Not being a douche but I myself have NO IDEA what will happen =\

Having said that, I think the shroud looks good~
