If your budget is very low you should go for used parts as they are inexpensive and will sum up in your budget too. You can get used parts on the internet very easily. Just search your desired parts on Google and you’ll end up with lots of results but be careful from frauds before making any deal. Recently when I bought a used engine I contacted an online auto parts store after inspecting various things and found them very reliable and got my stuff in great condition too.
