Hey Mike,

"Good luck with sale"- and I wish that to you too. I also have a '07 stock muffler taking up space, but I will probably just throw it into the metal recycling bin at our local dump. I don't even have the car that the muffler came on anymore.

Send me a PM sometime and let me know how you are after such a disastrous fire season.

The fires missed us but not by much. With 1000 fires going all at the same time, I was wondering if you and your crew were being worked to death. My '07 Sport with only 12K miles was totaled. State Farm Insurance paid me $2000. more for the settlement than I paid for the car when it was new. I only had to pay about $200. out of pocket with the insurance settlement to drive home a new '09 Sport. I retrieved most of my mod parts from the old Fit, and sold the parts that wouldn't work on the new one, and now I'm busy modding the new one.

Good luck getting rid of your stock muffler. The '09 stock exhaust is far worse quality than the 1st. gen Fits. Once after-market exhaust makers start coming up with good systems for the '09s, there will be TONS of scrap metal coming to the scrap metal bins all over the country from Honda Fit owners.
