WTS Fujita CAI for 07/08 Fit

This is an F5 Fujita CAI for a GD3 (07/08). It will not fit an 09. I think it has fitment issues for AT's too... but it fits MT's fine.
It has been installed and has a few scratches, but is in perfect working order. Only used for about 3 weeks.

I would prefer to sell locally (Atlanta metro) since it's large and shipping will be expensive.

are all bolts, clamps included?

added more pics to show the parts i have... last 2 pics are of the same parts... just making sure it's obvious what the hose adapter is.
2 clamps, 1 hose adapter, 1 rubber isolation mounting screw thingy, and 3 lengths of tubing (i think it was originally 1 piece, but i cut it down to the length needed)
I'm not 100% sure that it's everything that it came with, but it's all i have now.. this thing's been in my closet for 18 months now.
I also have the original box.

edit: 3 hose clamps.... 3rd is on the filter
