is there a service fee for this? if so how much?

 

To be honest Im not sure. It came with the new car I bought. The dealer didnt know what it was. I took it out just because number 1 i didnt know what it was and two didnt like how it was installed. I only found out after it was out what is was by looking it up on the web. It seems like there is a monthly fee and prices range with how many services you want. They have a number to call on the web link I posted.

 

is that GPS tracking system complete? as in, can i install it and it work (with membership of course)

I didnt like it because it was a cheap install. I took it out in a matter of minutes. AKA if someone stole it, it would have taken no time to remove. Its a great system if install in a stealthy manor.

Its 100% complete as I got it. Every wire in the car was removed and is included with this. Its only a couple of connection spliced into the car, power ground and i think one or two more which I forget what they went to. So to answer your question yes its complete and will work with correct installation and service activation.
