People like to see tread depth, tire type (all season, summer, etc.), tire brand and model, etc. Brand new means nothing. They coils last anywhere from 15,000 to 50,000 miles. Depends on the tire and driving style.

I'd never purchase summer or other high performance tires for my Fit. In fact, I'd only buy slightly used pre-owned all seasons. It's a commuter car, after all.
