Get a lawyer, clearly any car is susceptible to theft if the thief wants it bad enough. A tow truck can steal a car even with any type of alarm out there. Thieves do employ tow trucks to do their dirty work when necessary.

You definitely need to review your insurance policy thoroughly. Find a hard copy and go over it with a lawyer. I sincerely doubt they have a clause that says they do not cover the Honda Fit because it doesn't get stolen.

 

When my RSX-S got stolen, Farmers paid me an additional $3k for aftermarket wheels and stereo even though I didn't report it to my agent after installing them. There is something SERIOUSLY not right about this situation.

 

I have HFP rims, a stock radio, and some other performance parts that I can sell you if you want them. I am located in Vacaville. PM if you really want the parts.

 

I have the OEM Honda Shifter/Center console kicking around. Make me an offer as I realistically don't need it now given I have the armrest.

The thieving insurance company pays sorry bastards to stall off paying claims so they have use of your money longer to draw interest from..... I hope they don't keep you waiting too damned long but they all do it just not all of the time.

 

Don't let Farmers get away with not paying you. You paid them for insurance and now they're not paying after your car was stripped.
I would fight it till they pay.

when my buddy's car got stolen...and then stripped, all that was left was pretty much just the chassis!

i can kinda see why insurance wouldn't pay you . . . if someone was going to strip a car they'd literally take EVERYTHING...
the thieves could have easily taken more but they didn't. they even bothered to leave your hood and your JDM red H!
but i feel for ya man, my car's gotten broken into at least 3 times

Sorry for your lost. Personally I get a lawyer on this, every thing can and will be stolen if people want it enough.

Thats F-up! Sorry that it happened to you. 1st your car stolen and 2nd your insurance no like pay??? It sounds like the insurance company stole your car. I really hope you can get a good lawyer and make the insurance company pay bcs thats totally unfair!!! Well i wish you the best and luck in rebuilding your car.

honeslty i think somebody crashed their gd3 and took all of my parts that they needed
