WTB - trailer hitch (Chicago)

Looking for a tow hitch to put a bike rack on. Anyone have one available? What's the load rating and receiver size?

I have a draw-tite 1 1/4 receiver hitch that I used for my bike rack, not sure of the load rating, I carried about 50 lbs. of bikes on it. $80.00 plus shipping.
