Great product....trunk, dome, and front clearance all good and exceptional.....
however one of the reverse lights couldn't seat right and ultimately fell out of the housing into the car when I gave up and tried to put it back in the case.
Also the map lights arent working...I pressed the switch and touched the original lights as a test, when I installed the leds....nothing.
can I exchange these and possibly get a replacement for reverse?

For the led festoon tubes and all other led:
Original bulbs can work either way you put them (except for some)
But for led, you can only put them one way.
Future references...if it don't work then flip them around!
I will send out a replacement immediately. Thanks for informing me
