I am keeping one for a full size spare. Does no one see the merit of having a full size spare for the Fit? I do long road trips sometimes and dont want to have to stop to get it repaired or have to put on a crappy tire at got you by the balls pricing if I catch a flat.

I do, I bought an aftermarket rim for a little over $100, and a new Dunlop tire. Wish y'all had been selling these things months ago when I did this...

Real spare is important if you take long trips- what if you're on the road on a Sunday night and get a flat? Don't know how far you can drive on the donut, but not that fast, anyway... and who wants to spend half a day tracking down a hard-to-find tire?

I dunno. I mean I get the point of having a full-sized spare. (Although, will a full-sized spare fit in the spare well?) Of course, this is also why I have a donut and a road service club. Of course tires go bust eventually, but how often?

That being said, I guess most people interested in buying would be more likely to buy just one or two. Me, I'm looking for a full set so I can have winter tires to swap out, so I'm looking for four. I just assume most people are also similarly looking for full matching sets.

a full sized spare will fit, have to pop the center cap off and flip the spare tire retainer the other way. We all have donuts and road side assistance too, but I have a long commute and being able to pop on a full size lets you get back and about so much quicker. This is important on the trips where I'm part of a convoy of vehicles and we really dont want to have to stop. I guess I'll have to post it up as Full Size spares for sale individually. If not I know some people that would be getting a wheel and tire for Christmas.

Yeah, since it's not a set, you might have better luck selling them individually.
What tires are on? What would you sell 1 rim for?

You might get more interest that way.
