i dont see the honda name anywhere on that tail lights

 

That would be because no close-up shots of that location were taken. They are OEM lights.

No matter how tight-knit Mugen is with Honda, Mugen parts are still considered aftermarket parts. The Mugen parts are authentic Mugen parts. The only parts which are 'OEM' in this list are the tail lights, so you must be referring to them. In that case, you are very skilled at showing your ignorance.
