i would never remove a heat sheild lol.. i just bent mind back but it would still random rattle...

you cant install that header from the top LOL thats not even remotely possible

 

HAHA, oh no, I know there is NO way that thing is going on from the top. The DC Sport one was a super tight squeeze as it was and that was a 4 hr job from the top!!!

Is it the "uder floor heat shield" that it rattled on? #19 in this pic
