Do u know if that means the rest of the system is still active? or if the light comes on does that disable the system? Can u stick a resistor in there or anything?

 

Yes, the rest of the system is still active. Tho I believe (if all my research was correct) any of the duel stage air bags will only fire at the max speed.

 

If you're still looking for rails, we can get this for you. We can bring in the Bride rails, the only downside is since we're currently sold out, we need to bring more in which will need to be ordered in.

Hey Guys, Questions on some good places to get rails from?
I just ordered some Bride Digo seats and i need to find some rails to mount them to.
I was looking at the MO or YO type rails are the ones bride says fit the seats.
Is there any others that work with these seats?

 

Get the brackets from Wedge Engineering. Driver's side 2148T Pass side 2149T. On the sliders there are only a couple different types from Recaro. Make sure you get the ones that say "with tabs".

You can see bracket and sliders here. I actually cut the tabs shorter on the front of the sliders so I could use the bottom mounting holes.



The tabs on the sliders bolt to the ends of the tubes on the top of the bracket.

As far as the airbag light goes..On the driver's side all you have to do is remove the seat posistion sensor from the stock seat and leave it plugged in. Just make sure it won't contact any metal.

Then just jump the airbag connector with a 2 ohm resistor. No airbag light for me and I've had my recaro in for about 3 months now. You can read more about my install here.

The passenger seat is much more complicated as far as airbag sensors. I didn't put a seat on the pass side.

DO whatever you need to do to get Recaros in your Fit!!! Makes a huge difference.

 

Everything is always so difficult with the Fit.
