As the exhaust gets dirty they tend to go up a few decibels but as to melting your bumper that's common with any exhaust there are many fixes out there like a high heat vinyl just where the exhaust I have seen evo's line the half circle cut out with a carbon fiber plastic piece. Do some research I'm sure there is a fix for the fit's bumper.

Hey Pet,

Sorry to hear! But our Honda Fit has about 24000 miles, note we have a full headers back. Our bumper is still fine, Please recheck your hanger and make sure everything is hanging or on correctly. As for the sound of the exhuast. It will only get louder the more you drive it, it packed with fiberglass packing. If you have more then a Axle-back this will increase the life of the muffer. Its normal wear and tear.

Hope this helps,
Tuan @ A Spec.

Do you have any Dyno Graph from just the B-pipe ??

I want to mount a Chamber intake but worried that increasing the b-pipe size might hurt the mid-range torque gains I see with a Chamber intake.
