they are awesome with the stock shocks for the drop because i have stock shocks too. i never had any problems scraping or rubbing anything. I dont have them off yet though because i dont have the coilovers yet since there being shipped out tomorrow.

Exclamation

What's up guys? I'm in converse, however I don't have a fit just yet. I'm here doing my research about swaps and such and making a plan for if I decide to go the fit route. I have an 07 si coupe and the wife has the si sedan.
Anyone know of a place that would do a k20a swap into a fit? How much would it cost. How much work is it? Etc....

im sure its expensive im assuming close to 10k. depending on where you get the motor and the mounts and the all the rest of the parts plus the labor to get in swapped into your car. im sure a few shops in houston will do it or dallas. get on houston-imports.com and ask around to see what shops would do it.

Hey guys; I have a question.
I have an 07 civic si coupe and the wife has the si sedan and I was thinking about getting the fit instead of keeping my coupe and save some gas money and then when I get done with my bachelor's degree, do a k20a swap. Should I get the fit or keep my si?

You asking that questions is like saying "Should I marry this chick or what? She's hot and great in the sack but..." Only you can answer that.

Don't know if your aware, but when you do a K swap in a Fit it becomes unbalanced. The only real purpose is to tear up people on the straight.

I, as well as many others on here like to Auto X because of the way the Fit handles. I plan on having more power some day, but not with the heavy K swap. I plan on the Kraftwerks supercharger kit. But to each his own.

I like the Si on the highway. But when I beat this guy who has one at the Auto X he gets so pissed because his car was well over $5000 more than mine.

If you want technical advise and the opinion of someone who has done a K20 swap, talk to "Getinafit". I think he was one of the first to complete this task. At least here in the states.
