yeah i'm down for whuteva. Of course the drive to houston is less taxing on me. If we went to the autox i probably wouldn't have driven. Specially since i just bought 4 new tires. That i will never buy again. I bought some sumitumos, cuz i had to have new tires cuz of a blowout. BUT i couldn't afford some better ones. But man the tires are hooked up on the road but your car moves about a foot over before it hooks up. Because either the tread or the sidewalls is TOO soft. So i probably would have died at autox. LOL

but if i sit with you, while you may have more grip, i'm like the anti turbo. Whutever gain the turbo gives u i take away. LOL edit: i am definitly getting a ride tho. I'm not leavin until i get a chance to ride in the car this time

one idea i had was that we could crash a larger meet. if everyone was down to wait until oct. 8th there is a dallas honda-tech meet the list is already up to 50 something cars.

Well, seeing that August is creeping up we should probably think of something to do soon. Being a new Fit owner, I obviously haven't been to the previous 2 meets. I'm cool with whatever. I know the club my husband's in they usually get together in San Antonio once a year and have a car show/race meet at the track and then 2 nights of dinner and drinking.

But like I said, I'm down with whatever. Just give me a couple weeks notice so I can put in for time off at work.

 

Well we can do a local weekend meet or hit up some of the regular local meets that are done every week. I know of 3 other active Fit owners here.

 

sorry, car won't be nearly ready for this. i'll sit this one out. besides, i have to work anyhow.

I'm usually at the Lewisville meet every Wednesday, though I may be visiting the Plano meets on Wednesday since I've been hearing good things about that one(better cars, more people, etc.)

and to all TX peeps. we should all meet in tyler,tx because like 30 mins from there is rusk tx. there is a track there thats huge and cheap! even have race gas there and a LOT of my fellow tuners from Texas-Racing.com - The Racing and Car Show Scene in Texas go there like every weekend and they all have sick rides mostly. good, big, group of people. you guys would be highly welcomed.

Awesome! I'm glad to see another Fit owner into racing. That's the main reason I have to throw the next Fit meet at a go-kart track because I know 2/3's of the people wanting to go would not race their Fit. I'm waiting to meet with the owner of this one track before I put a solid date on this. Please bear with me and I promise I will have this finished soon.
