Subcompact rally?

SCCA is considering putting on a rally next May pitting all subcompacts against each other: Fits, Aveos, ForTwos, Fiestas, Mazda2s, Scions, etc. All Fits would automatically be entered in "Team Fit", and the competition would be for the best team. It would start in the morning, and end in time for lunch, 2-3 hours later. Competition would be based on rule following and puzzle solving. Driving would be at a relaxed pace. Prizes might be provided by your dealers (I haven't asked them yet!).

Does this sound like something you might enjoy?

The idea sounds great and I'd be up for it, but a big problem (at least for me) is the distance just to get to the event. If there is ever an event closer to the Houston area then I'd definitely try to be there. I've always wanted to participate in a rally.
