I know how that is. Work has got me so tied up right now that I lost almost the entire weekend to it!

I really am still trying to come up with ideas for a meet and greet. But I've gotten very little response back to the idea for it. Yeah, I know we all have lives outside the forum and our cars... Hell, asides from work I've got a whole other life just with the supras alone!

But that doesn't mean I don't want to meet up with the other Fit owners in the area. Even if that means I show up to a meet n greet with you guys in a supra, my near dead dakota, my parents mini-van, my parents cr-v.... you get the idea.

If you don't... the idea is, show up no matter what vehicle you come in! If you got a Fit, bring it! That'd be awesome. If ya don't, show up any other way. Whether its a car pool with someone else, in your own non-fit/honda whatever vehicle, I don't really care and most of the people out here probably shouldn't either.

Believe me, I've been to enough supra meets to hear all of the jeers about not driving such-and-such vehicle to the meet. Oh well. Life happens. Yes, I've driven the parents mini-van (2000 ponitac montana) to a supra meet. Did I get harassed? A little. So what? Who cares?

Now that all of that is said, I'm half tempted to just host this thing at my place. Parking is slim... but we've held 15+ vehicles before, I'm sure we could accomodate for the "smaller" cars

So, if I get a show of 5 hands that could attend on one of these dates, let me know:

hey scorpmatt by any chance were you driving down dash point road about 2 days ago?? i think i flashed my beams at a stock blue fit and got a thumbs up from the driver any chance that was you?

 

Nope. I havn't been down dash point rd in awhile.

I've seen enough stock fits around the tacoma/seattle area to make wonder why I we havn't had more people in this section.

btw, if you really want to see my car, you can find it just about everyday in the tacoma dome, bus station parking garage. There is usually another one in the there with the license plate GR8 FIT, blue stocker. Mine is easy to spot, front license plate is in the windshield.

I have to admit that this thread is deffinately clogged up and doesn't have a true title for a meet.

I don't mind who shows up in what, as long as they act in proper meet fashion.

By that, I don't mean they have to be prim and proper (cause I know I wont be) but have max respect for everyone's property and expect the same from everyone else there.

We are meeting at Golden Garden Park in Seattle. Be there at 10am till whenever you want to leave, park is open till 11:30pm.
