kyler, you sold your j's front lip?

too bad i couldnt make it, but seeing there are many 4wd civics owners still modding the old school ride, it's pretty amazing!

Just think about your jdm swap that could have paid for a lot of better mods...i.e. f swap.

Kyler,

Sorry man, I haven't forgot ya. I got t-boned by a Dodge Ram last week and have been off the grid since then. Car is probably a total loss. The b piller is pushed in about 6-8 inches. Front door won't open and rear door has about 15 degrees of range.

I'll get it to you as soon as I can.

That sucks a lot with your fit Mike, but at least you parted out a long time ago.

Kyler, here's some inspiration.

It is a f20c in an ek. Can't wait to see it in a Honda Fit.

mike, sorry about the loss. but don't worry, it'll buff right out!

hey guys, so when's the next meet up?

Some update news on myself:
I no longer will be putting a crap ton of miles on my fit, got laid off today.
New girlfriend, she will be showing up more often to meets than the last one lol.

on a side note, unless something got deleted, i didn't see any call outs about other than non-hondas showing, except the blurb about the banana focus... which sounded more like a joke than anything else. hell i dunno, been out of the loop for awhile it seems.

Not sure about another meet but maybe sometime in March would be nice. Hopefully the weather is better then. Also congrats on the new girlfriend, its always nice to change things up.

The part Mike was talking about was when they talked about the Mirages being out of place.

I understand your situation. It would be nice if someone could make it work in a Fit.

hmm, I must have missed the commentary on the mirages. as for the mirage comments... that's why i don't care for including other hondas in at our meets. I know its as bad as their comments, but sadly, those people are in those larger groups. I mean, we are all car guys, i want to be around people that appreciate cars for what they are, not only hondas cause "we love the big H" or only toyotas cause "toyota is the best bar none" or rotary's cause "piston motors suck".... i could go on as I've heard it all. I know you guys have as well.

Lets keep it a rule, that for anyone showing to one of our meets, they need to keep an open mind to whomever shows up in whatever car they have. Teasing is one thing, but rude comments need to not appear.

Mike, feel free to keep coming to our meet ups as your schedule allows.

That goes for anyone else who may, or may not have a fit at the time of a meet.

lol, that reminded me of when i was in the toyota meets back in the day, all they talked about was "bunch of hondas are ricers," or "get a real car, like toyota"...i was kinda feeling uncomfortable quite a bit...just like matt said, it's about how much we appreciate cars.

it's as much of a couples meet as it is a grouping of the guys and the girls.

Thanks Matt for understanding. I have just been very depressed with this climate. Spokane had soo much more sun I did move too, to a new apartment complex in woodinville. Soo much better than bothell. However after visiting B.C. and Alberta (mostly Calgary and Edmonton), 7 times soo far, it just seems to be the place I really am trying to move to. It is the coolest area i have been to soo far. However I guess Spokane will have to suffice. However on the odds of me showing to a local event, maybe I will show up to one if other people are bring their gf's or wives soo my gf doesn't feel out of place. Plus I need to help represent the last remaining vbp 07-08 from spokane. Mike sorry to hear about car, hopefully it won't be totalled, because its a sweet ride. Part of the fun of the car hobby, is bringing cars back.
