serpentine belt adjustment/tention for 2007 sport fit

serpentine belt adjustment/tention for 2007 sport fit
I am just wondering if anyone has some direction for doing a good job with serpentine belt adjustment?
The manual says use honda tool 07JGG-0010100 which happens to be priced over $200.00. No thank you. I do take adjustment seriously tho.
A manual i read says a new belt should be pushed 22 lb f at the center of crank pully and A/C pulley. That new belt properly tensioned would read 0.14in and 0.20 in. I see that as not more then just below a 1/4 inch? I am about ready to eyeball it but would prefer to have a tool to use that way keep it objective.
Kettlman if you read this how is it going? i am still in town. I am the guy with the convertible rx7 that JCR did a overhaul rebuild on. Hotwheels right? Right.
