Not yet. They are most likely going to launch a fact finding investigation and if he can't create a good enough reason he will be disciplined. There aren't any black and white judgments for this kind of stuff, but knowing the system here he will just get a slap on the wrist.

Not yet. They are most likely going to launch a fact finding investigation and if he can't create a good enough reason he will be disciplined. There aren't any black and white judgments for this kind of stuff, but knowing the system here he will just get a slap on the wrist.
