As far as our generation, my girl is a preschool teacher. When She started there she was given a list of words that weren't allowed including no and can't. Her school is a joke. Like Bubba the love sponge says, "its the pussification of America, my friends. "

OMG...if I couldn't say no and can't--I'd turn around and walk out.
I couldn't do that.
The majority of my kids are very poor with parents that do not care and give them zero direction (for the most part)...so we, as teachers, are the direction.

Her school is on a phizer pharmaceutical compound, so its mostly rich parents.
No time out either. She hates it.
She majored in special / autistic education. She's got a kid that is clearly autistic. Her director wont take the kid out. Parent refuses to come to terms with it. Ridiculous
Kid doesn't talk, And runs around biting kids And shoving them.

Mommies were the ones who stopped the sports teams from keeping score, and who insist that every player gets a trophy whether they SUCK or not...Now the Dads go along with it and sound just like the mommies....
It's all about having "fun" now, not winning or losing and learning life's lessons that way....Guess what, it just gives kids a bigger shock when they find out no one gives them a trophy when they screw up on the job. The boss can write in RED LETTERS "You're FIRED" and there isn't a damn thing they can do.
Kids are not fragile little delicate eggshells....but we have so protected their delicate feeeeeelings that they have no idea what life is really all about.
I could go on for hours about this, I think women should be OUT of most things we are in and let the MEN scrap it out...it's what men were created to do....i get jumped on when I state this in most circles....
