So I talked to my dad.
Apparently a piece of the rudder broke off. Sump pumps did their job, but coast guard had a cutter (big boat) nearby. . So 3 guys came on with a gas powered sump pump just in case It got worse. The cutter a d the small boat They lowered into the water to get to my dad followed him 30 miles at about 5 miles an hour to shore.

And kids are cute when they are young, but when they get to about 12-13, forget it, you might get a human being again by the time they are 25. I do agree from around 12/13 to 18/20 years old, kids are rebellious, moronic, and emotionally-charged. You gotta just stay the hell away from them.

I just don't think I'll be financially secure enough to raise kids, or ever want to sacrifice good sleep and time during my day to take care of their problems.

Lol my boss.s household is a joke. . 4 kids from 12ish to 4 yrs old. And he's 33.. he's been bankrupt twice. Arrested a few times BC of domestic issues, lost his home to foreclosure. .. a nasty 15k dollar divorce. . And now They are back together lol. U can imagine what his kids are like..
