Were they black beans? One of my friends, who is a vegetarian, eats a lot of those and I've never tried them. They are supposed to have a lot of protein in them.

Some pinto beans, endue sausage, and rice would be epic right about now.

You could always paint the caps? Don't throw them away though--I've seen people looking for those caps before--you could maybe sell them or give them away later.
