Giveme some advice on what to look for I. Frames, components?

I don't want to transfer components...they suck on my current bike.
I was thinking of buying a frame and then slowly buying the parts as I could afford.

those wheels will last a long time, triple wall is stong but not the lightest. It doesnt say what crank it has nor do i see pics lol.

I have yoko s.drives on my rpf1s. big improvement over the stock dunlops. They were fine under heavy braking in pouring rain on the highway.

 

Yea that's one of my choices.. or that continental tire.. extreme contact or w.e..
