Just watch out for the holidays! People tend to slip off during this time of year. I know because I'm one of them lol.

You're doing great though. Congrats!

I gain as much as 25 Lbs during the winter if I am not careful.. I never throw out clothes because they are too large or small because at some time over a 12 month period they will fit me... Btrthnezr, you are looking great... I think you doing what you have done to get into shape will inspire at least some of your students and fellow teachers....

Getting very discouraged today. Idk I just feel like I'm stalling. Only lost .6 lbs last week and am craving everything. Feel my discipline waning. And I am not wanting to work out as much. Need help. Maybe it's the time/ weather change. Argh!

Getting my BMI measured tomorrow by one of the trainers at school. If I slow my weight loss due to the P90x I want to at least have some tangible results to look at down the road.

I have zero motivation for anything this week.

I've still done all my workouts but definitely have not wanted to.

I didn't run this morning though. This sucks. I want out of this funk!

Awesome, I hope ya remember some of the important parts.

In other news, approximately 18 months ago someone had their garden bike stolen and posted up on craigslist about it. Recently, the bike has been found and returned to them. The article linked below regarding this is pretty humorous, including the actual craigslist post about the bike being stolen.

How the Internet got my stolen bike back

I always hated them too. I did all the work and everyone else shared the grade, kinda like Communism.

If you care about your grades, you get screwed. Because if you DON'T do the work, you fail, and everyone hates you because they counted on skating on your grade. And if you DO the work, you do all the work and they skate through anyway.

If I were a teacher I would NEVER give group projects. You succeed or fail on your own, it's the American way.
