Removing key switch from the lock cylinder; sharp flat screwdriver with thin blade works better than Phillips one

I used 90 degree hook to pull the lock cylinder clip; I learned the it is not necessary to remove it completely

A little more down from this position will allow cylinder to come out

Lock is out; left and right cores are interchangeable

Core is out; there are 5 rows; every other row is upside down; the row closest to the key handle uses only one pin, the row closest to the snap ring uses double wide pin (7 thin pins, one double wide)

Installation of the clip; I've inserted screwdriver handle in place of the lock cylinder and the clip went right in place!

Yellow arrow points to the FP relay. With ignition off , place a finger on it, and tun ignition on. You should feel a click under your finger.

This pin (red arrow) keeps the secondary piston in, similar to the external screw on older models. Note the green, oxidized (?) brake fluid!

Honda engineering mishap: new genuine pad was not matching new genuine Honda rotor; the pad was a bit wider and overhung into the hat area making small ridge at the edge!
