well....in, tested and liking very much!! "short" is not the right word! very short, and the shifter is a bit taller now. which i like...i was reaching down before, now more linear..weird how i don't feel i am in gear because the shift is so short, but i am!! best bang for the buck so far..of course the tanabe's are awesome but cost way more..lol

the bushing is actually very simple/easy to get off..took me a second..just pry with a flat head using the rear of the shift plate for leverage..prevents damage to the bushing and really required very little force..i think a 2 year old would have enough strenght....just want to say thanks Skunk 2, great product!!

Some good info there Dave; I guess it would be a bit taller than the stock location, I never considered that too much. I did hear it shortens the shift more than the Mugen does.

lol, I have one Mugen product and one Skunk2 product already.... and they both rock.... I am so torn!! I am going to have to do a dry run through the gears once with these funky shifters you guys have installed now to see which one I like better!!

So who's this local shop with all of this new info? I might just have to save up all my pennies for that sale, even though I just bought a few more goodies for the car that should be out to me today Who's this local speed shop that will be bringing in Fit stuff? I can't see myself straying away from AJ any time soon, I'm a very loyal person to people who've treated me very well in the past

Just put in the order and paid for it. Should be here in a week or two, depending on when they receive stock. Shipping should only take a day or two. Total came to $116.60 for two, so $58.30 is what you owe.
