I hope that you are right, but I don't think so. The feeling that I get is that they are still trying to decide whether or not to actually go through with the plan.

Can't say that I have ever before been looking forward to a phone call where a stranger asks me for money just so that I can wait 6 more weeks or so to get what I ordered, after paying even more money. But I AM looking forward to that call, because then it will mean that they are serious.
