I was wondering when it comes time to replacing worn/warped discs.. are these rear ones custom made or is it just the mounting hardware? While rear discs sound nice.. rare or custom ones do not

Are they the same discs as in front or something? I'm sort of on the fence with this.. not really being the tuner type.. there are some things that appeal to me. (stopping reliably being one of them)

oh and does it come with installation instructions? :P

i believe OEM rotors are used, so they will not be crazy expensive custom ones.

certainly don't want to step on any toes, but if this project is scrapped...i was over at ksport the other day(friends w/owner) and he mentioned possibly doing a rear kit, and wanted to know if there was real interest.

so, if skunk doesn't get it done and these people want to try ksport, i'd be glad to talk to them and get something going. i already offered my car for testing.

It's better to find out about a manufacturer's lack of sincerity and commitment BEFORE they get your money.

wgnths,
Step on all the toes you want. Although rear disc brakes are NOT necessary, I would buy them anyway, and will do so as long as the price is justified by quality. It has been obvious to me for quite some time that Skunk2 was not committed to this project, probably because the proposed price for the group buy was too low.

30 people signed up for this group buy. If another maker steps up, probably more than that number would be interested if the project is realistic and SINCERE.
