car jerking = coilpacks?

okay so i decided to change out my spark plugs to bosch but realized they suck so i put in the stock ones

shortly after this i discovered that my car now has a tendency to jerk when im ON throttle....once in a while that is

also i noticed shortly that my CEL blinked

so i was told it was a cylinder misfiring

only thing that it could be is the coilpacks right?

i checked the gaps on the plugs and it was perfect

if you have any ideas i would GREATLY appreciate it (just dont tell me stuff i listed above) cuz i have to send it to the dealer and lose an arm and a leg as always
