Wink Is a 2007 Fit Sport automatic transmission the same as on a 2008?
Wondering if automatic transmissions are identical on a 2007 Honda Fit Sport and a 2008 Honda Fit Sport.

Thanks for the reply. How did you know that they are the same transmission? I just want to make sure before I use my 2007 Fit as a tow car behind a RV.

For something like this I go to the source and compare part numbers.
According to the Majestic Honda parts catalog they contain the same parts. The example below is the case, but the 2007 AT sport and 2008 AT sport share all parts, and the 2007 AT base and 2008 AT base share all parts.

Smile 2007 and 2008 Fit same trans?
To seeremlive, thanks for the specifics !! That proves that both transmissions are KA5AT's. I just found an online copy of the 2008 Fit owners manual and will follow the towing instructions from it since it is the same trans as my 2007. You've been a great help!!!
