2007 vs 2008 service manual

I just bought a 2008 and went to get a service manual for it, but there's a big price difference between the 2007 and the 2008 manuals.

The 2007 is less than half the price. Does anyone know if there is any difference between the 2007 and the 2008 engines? I'm wondering if I can get by with the 2007 manual to work on my 2008.

Might be small differences but from what I understand nothing major. I got a 07 manual and have used it for all the work on my 08 so far.

I have an '08 Fit Sport with about 65 k on it. Regardless of checking the gas cap my engine light remains on. Any other ideas for correction before I grit my teeth and take it to the dealer???

did anyone ever get an answer to this? I just purchased our second 2008 Fit Sport (now we have a manual and an automatic) and this one needs some work. The repair manuals are expensive, so any advice would be appreciated!

I'm also looking for a 2007 service manual. I've heard the only difference between 08 and 07 is the TPMS. However the 2007 manual is like 60$ and the combined 07 08 is 120$! Go figure.

I own a 2007 but even if I did own an 08 I'd probably still hunt for the relatively cheaper 07 manual.

I bought the 2007 manual since it was so much cheaper. It seems to be fine, but the only thing I've had to do to my fit is basic maintenance, such as valve adjustment, oil changes, brakes, etc.
