I have never been to Egypt or anywhere else in the Middle East. But I would imagine that the worst problem for all automobiles in that area is DUST- generally dirty air. This would greatly shorten the expected life of any and all engine oils, especially if you use an after-market, low restriction air filter/intake system.

Where you drive, the amount of solid abrasive particles that build up in the oil would be a much higher volume than would be seen in an urban area in the U.S. or Europe. The abrasives in the oil would wear away your bearings, piston rings and cylinder walls, and even the valve seats. Changing your oil with a GOOD quality oil, regardless of whether or not it is synthetic, every month is what I would do in your place.
