Replacing aircond/fan mode/temperature knobs...

Does anybody here know how to remove item no.5 (Heater control pane) so that I can replace my fan mode knob, item no. 8 as I accidentally scratched it (lots of them)? I dun trust my dealer for doing this thing as they might screw up removing them...

I know how to remove the HU case. Judging from the picture above, there is only one screw securing the panel while the rest are clips right? Is anybody experienced in doing this? Or the knob itself can be just pulled out forcefully but I can see that the base of it is in fact larger than the upper part of it.
