"Clicking" noise coming from under the hood
I'm not sure if "clicking" is the best term to describe this, but that's as close as I think I can get. The noise only happens <30 MPH between roughly 2500 and 3000 RPMs. It gets louder the harder I step on the gas.
This is on an '09 Fit Sport. Roughly 65k miles.
I've taken it to the Honda dealership multiple times, with them telling me each time that they either can't hear it or it's normal. I'm not a car guy by any means, but it simply doesn't sound normal.
Let me know if I can provide any more details. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is it related to rpm? I mean does the sound frequency increase as rpm increase? Is it present when standing or driving or both? Can you put your AT in Neutral and check if sound is still there? Can you open the hood and try locating area where it's coming from? Try turning a/c on and see if sound gets louder or no change?
You have to try logically isolate the problem first to know what it is or where it's coming from. If it's coming when standing - that is related to engine or accessory belt, but most probably has nothing to do with AT. Then if you can approximately locate the area under the hood it's coming from we can get closer to the problem. Try describing the sound: is it metallic or more like belt is rubbing somewhere or more like deep sound coming from lower block of engine or maybe it's whining sound like bad bearing usually sound? If sound is only heard while driving - then it's most probably not related to engine and is due to suspension, transmission or brakes. In that case can you tell if sound gets louder when you take turns or no change? More info is needed to at least direct you to right direction to look.
