The wet conditions might have helped you. The tires are decent and yours are fairly new.
Expect them to last a year or longer with some care- try to save them for autocross and run other tires for daily street driving.
Walking the course many times is always good but do pay attention and don't get distracted by others. Focus on studying where the fast and slow parts are and make some plan for driving then be free to adjust once you get out there. The best way can vary from one driver to the next but your times will tell. I often walk 7 to 10 times at least. I always draw a map with notes on how to drive it. I write suspension and tire pressure notes. I write the pacing distances for saloms and key cones.
Probably there is not pressing reason to change to Bridgestones yet. See what others report first. 205/50-15 is a workable size.
