Preparation is key. If the surface was slightly dirty it will affect how well the product sticks.
I don't think it's fair to slander them like that. Did you try to contact them about the issue? Did you make sure to use alcohol to completely clean the surface?

Yeah, I was installing the Mugen sills at the same time using the same cleaning technique: Zetaproduct's Angelo e-mailed me and I am watching the sill prob. They back up their products to the hilt! Good people: sorry maybe I was a bit blunt?!
